Susan J. Kurkowski



Susan Kurkowski is a trial lawyer practicing primarily criminal defense law. She represents the accused in all criminal matters, from minor municipal infractions to the most serious of crimes and indictable offenses. Susan Kurkowski is an experienced defense attorney, practicing in New York City and South Jersey. Susan Kurkowski practices primarily in the municipal courts of Cape May, Atlantic and Cumberland Counties. Susan Kurkowski is prepared to put her years of experience on your side when you face criminal charges.

Susan Kurkowski received her law degree from New York University School of Law.  She was Executive Editor of the NYU Law Journal.  In addition to criminal defense, estate planning, property law and real estate transactions, Susan has extensively practiced commercial litigation, including property, real estate and environmental litigation, civil and contract disputes, and regulatory matters. 

Susan received her undergraduate degree from the Johns Hopkins University.  Susan is a proud member of the New Jersey and New York State Bars.
