Susan J. Kurkowski
Susan Kurkowski understands the nuances of the criminal legal system, from initial investigations, to indictment, to discovery, and to the trial. These aspects ultimately affect the final outcome of your case. Susan Kurkowski understands that in addition to the effect a conviction has on your freedom and liberty, a conviction for a crime or disorderly persons offense will leave you with a criminal record that may significantly interfere with your ability to obtain employment and certain state licenses. Given these serious consequences, it is critical to have experienced legal representation to protect your rights.
